Corporate Social Responsibility At NMT, we believe that sustainability stems from being socially responsible in our approach to all endeavors. By fostering a socially responsible mindset in our people and partners, we hope to instill the consciousness that our actions as individuals and collective activities as a company do not just achieve economic returns, but can also make a positive difference to society and the environment. Our efforts to instill social responsibility mindset to our staff begin at their orientation, where we share the company’s sustainability and CSR vision and examples. Subsequently, as part of employee engagement, we expose them to various activities with CSR objectives throughout their careers with us. Activities include supporting schools and children, and fund-raising for various causes.
